Ram's head table snuff mull and cigar box made by R & H B Kirkwood, Edinburgh, 1883-4. This type of snuff mull, wheeled up and down a table after dinner, was popular with army regiments, though this one was used by the Incorporation of Goldsmiths of Edinburgh.
